  1. Acceptance. By using Undress Anime you agree to these Terms of Service.
  2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
  3. Fictional characters. All companions are fictional adult characters. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
  4. Entertainment purpose. The service is for entertainment and is not professional, medical or psychological advice.
  5. Account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.
  6. Accurate information. You agree to provide truthful information when registering.
  7. Acceptable use. Do not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, abusive or fraudulent.
  8. Prohibited content. You may not request content involving minors, non-consent, real persons or hate speech.
  9. No automated access. Scraping, bots and unauthorised automated access are not allowed.
  10. Intellectual property. Characters, artwork, text and design belong to Undress Anime or its licensors.
  11. Your content. You keep rights to messages you write and grant us a licence to process them to run the service.
  12. Generated content. Replies and images created during your chats are for personal, non-commercial use.
  13. Paid features. Some features may require payment; prices are shown before you buy.
  14. Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your account settings.
  15. Refunds. Refunds are handled case by case and according to applicable consumer law.
  16. Availability. We aim for constant uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted.
  17. Changes to the service. We may add, change or remove features or characters at any time.
  18. Suspension. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
  19. Termination by you. You may stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like.
  20. Disclaimer. The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind.
  21. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  22. Indemnity. You agree to cover losses arising from your misuse of the service.
  23. Privacy. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  24. Third-party services. Links or payment providers outside our control are subject to their own terms.
  25. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of registration.
  26. Disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue informally.
  27. Severability. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in effect.
